Orientation is the training that our new employees attend. It is about the company information, our administrative rules and project methods. Technical trainings are about technical skills and knowledge. They are planned annually according to the employees' current level and the career path. Personal development trainings are on competencies. They are also planned annually according to our strong-weak competencies after the evaluations. Other trainings are required trainings about security and human health. All trainings are planned according to the results of the Performance and Competency Evaluations
